BeHive Consulting is a Behavioural Science consultancy founded in Budapest, dedicated to delivering cutting-edge behavioural insights to organisations globally.
We are a multidisciplinary and international team of Behavioural Science experts, who have gained their extensive knowledge at top academic institutions, marrying expertise and experience from research and consulting.
Our holistic approach to problem solving, combining academic rigour with an applied perspective and behaviourally informed design leads organisations to more predictable, competitive and human-centred outcomes.

WHAT WE NEED
Requirements
- Demonstrated interest and experience in Behavioural Science, Psychology, Sociology, Data science or related fields
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage and communicate with clients and team members
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and self-directed, and able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under stressful conditions
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English
- Advanced knowledge of presentation and/or design softwares (e.g. Canva)

Description
- Own complex client engagements from scoping to delivery — structuring problems,
designing interventions, and ensuring outcomes that hold up to scrutiny.
- Lead multidisciplinary project teams, developing team members and maintaining
delivery excellence.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating
behavioural insights into actionable, board-ready recommendations.
- Contribute to BeHive’s intellectual capital — refining methodologies, exploring new
approaches, and ensuring our frameworks stay at the cutting edge.
- Play an active role in business development, helping shape proposals and expand
relationships with existing clients.

WHAT WE NEED
Requirements
The ideal profile is a seasoned consultant or project leader ready to apply their skills in a more specialised, high-impact context:
- 5+ years in management consulting, strategy, or project management, ideally with exposure to Financial Services or a regulated industry.
- A track record of managing client relationships at senior level and leading teams through complex, ambiguous projects.
- Strong analytical and structured thinking — you can frame a problem, build a hypothesis, and communicate findings clearly to non-technical audiences.
- Genuine intellectual curiosity about human behaviour, decision-making, or applied psychology — whether from coursework, past projects, or personal interest. Growing
into the role by developing deep mastery of these areas as quickly as possible is an important expectation.
- Degree in Economics, Business, Data Science, Psychology, Behavioural Science or a related field. Master’s degree is an advantage.
- Fluent English (working language); Hungarian is required for this role.
- Comfort with design tools (Canva, Figma) and data analytics is a plus — not a prerequisite.
