Description
As a Senior Consultant and Project Lead, you will play a pivotal role in leading and advising on complex projects for our organisation and clients. You will leverage your extensive project management expertise to drive successful project outcomes, foster client relationships, and contribute to the growth and development of our consulting practice. Due to the multidisciplinary nature of the role, we encourage applications from career or industry changers as well.
Your responsibilities would be the following:
- Identify and assess complex business challenges and opportunities, including the comprehensive scoping and assessment of projects.
- Lead project teams to ensure the successful planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing strategic guidance, understanding client needs, and delivering exceptional service.
- Keep BeHive’s approaches and methodologies up to date, explore new innovations, and mentor junior and medior team members to foster professional growth and expertise within the team.
WHAT WE NEED
Requirements
- 3-5 years full time work experience in management consulting, project management in behavioural science-related fields, or a similar role
- 3-5 years experience of working in a client facing role
- High-level strategic thinking, strong time- and self-management skills, team leadership and management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics/Business, Data Science, Behavioural Science, Psychology, or other relevant field (Master’s degree is an advantage)
- Interest in Behavioural Science, Psychology, or related disciplines is essential
- Interest in working in the financial sectors (with a diverse set of players)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively manage and communicate with clients and team members
- Strong analytical, interpretive, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive and self-directed, and able to deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment under stressful conditions
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English and in Hungarian
- Advanced knowledge of presentation and/or design softwares (e.g. Canva)
