Junior Business Operations Manager
Careers
Our operations team is expanding and we are looking for a talented Junior Business Operations Manager to help keep the engine room of BeHive running smoothly.
This is a role for someone who genuinely enjoys making things work — someone who brings structure to the details, takes ownership, and notices what the team needs before anyone has to ask. You’ll be an important part of making sure the business runs efficiently behind the scenes, while helping create an environment where our team can do their best work.
Description
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll work across operations, finance, HR, projects, contracts, office management, and team wellbeing.
- Office management You’ll make sure the office and everything behind it simply works: ordering supplies, coordinating vendors, scheduling facilities and maintenance, handling mail and courier deliveries, setting up equipment for new hires, and supporting onboarding and offboarding from start to finish
- Administrative Support Across the Business You’ll bring structure to the numbers and the paperwork alike: processing invoices, reconciling expenses, scheduling vendor payments, and preparing reports and documentation for our accountants and authorities, while also keeping contracts, procurement documents, and compliance records organised and on top of every renewal and deadline
- Daily Operations & Leadership Support You’ll be a reliable right hand to the management team, picking up operational tasks and making sure they get done properly and on time, and giving leadership a hand with the little things that make a big difference. Most importantly, you’ll notice what needs attention before someone has to ask
- Projects & Clients You’ll be someone the team can rely on to keep the details moving behind the scenes – you’ll help projects and client relationships run smoothly: supporting our project managers with day-to-day admin, arranging client meetings, and keeping our platforms organised and easy for everyone to use
- Team Wellbeing and Culture Wellbeing is a genuine priority at BeHive and you’ll be a great enhancer of it day to day: planning events and celebrations, running wellbeing activities and surveys, coordinating the vendors behind them, and celebrating milestones and personal moments like birthdays and work anniversaries
- PR & Communications You’ll lend a hand with communications and events: researching events and doing light LinkedIn research, drafting short communication pieces, coordinating event logistics, managing our newsletter, and preparing event materials and signage
- Marketing You’ll help shape how BeHive shows up to the world: preparing marketing materials, one-pagers, and presentation designs, creating visuals and editing video, putting together social media posts, and helping keep our brand consistent and polished across everything we put out
- Travel Management You’ll handle travel logistics for the team, from flights and hotels to visas and itineraries: booking within policy, managing travel expenses, and coordinating calendars for management trips
